Divided into two neighbourhoods, the homes found in the prestigious Forest Hill real estate market can only be rivaled by those of Rosedale. The Forest Hill real estate market is often compared to that of Rosedale, but while Rosedale’s real estate has remained steady in recent years, Forest Hill real estate has seen a consistent increase in both residential and commercial real estate.

The Upper Forest Hill neighbourhood is bounded by Eglinton Avenue West to the south, Latimer Avenue to the east, Briar Hill Avenue to the north and Allen Road to the west. The Lower Forest Hill neighbourhood is bounded by St. Clair Avenue West in the south, Avenue Road to the east, Eglinton Avenue West to the north and Bathurst Street to the west.
