“My husband and I met Ken and Jaime at one of their open houses one weekend in the summer of 2013. Our first impression was that they were very smart and friendly people who were very prepared and did all their homework. At the open house, they had printed literature which outlined the schools, supermarkets, banks etc in the area. Ken and Jaime have a good understanding of general housing repairs/maintenance/improvement which proved to be very helpful as we were not at all. At the showings, Ken and Jaime were able to point out what areas of the house may require attention and what needed to be fixed and roughly how much it would cost.

They were also very responsive and accessible. We were able to reach them by phone 99% of the time. The other 1% he returned our calls within minutes, if not seconds. This was much appreciated given the tight conditions of the housing market and we needed to act fast when we saw something we liked. The house we ended up buying with Ken and Jaime had just come on the market. They arranged a showing within two hours of us seeing the listing!

They were very helpful throughout the whole process but their top-notch service didn’t stop after we closed on the deal. Some minor work was required on the house. Luckily, Ken and Jaime had a great network of trades people they had used previously and trusted (eg. handyman, painter, roof/aluminum guys who all did solid work at very reasonable prices). Also, we had some trouble with the toilets after we moved in. They were not afraid to get their hands dirty and help fix our leaky toilet. They even offered to install another old toilet that we were going to replace

They are very hard working and they get things done. They also pushed hard to get us what we wanted. It was a real pleasure working with Ken and Jaime and we would highly recommend the Ramsay Real Estate Group to our friends and family.”
