Some of Toronto’s wealthiest real estate listings are found in this affluent and tree-lined neighbourhood. In addition to being home to many of the city’s most influential people, Rosedale is also one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Toronto. 

Rosedale is bounded by Bloor Street to the south, Bayview Ave to the east, CPR Railways to the north and Yonge Street to the west.

Schools: Branksome Hall, The York School, Gradale Academy, Rosedale Heights School of the Arts, Whitney Junior Public School and Rosedale Junior Public School are the schools available in the Rosedale area.

Recreation: Rosedale is home to Rosedale Ramsden Park and also three major ravines in the area, David Balfour Park, Rosedale Valley and Moore Park.

Rosedale is accessible by the both Yonge-University and Bloor-Danforth train lines. It is also accessible by the 82 Rosedale and 97 Yonge buses.
