Formerly known as an artist colony, this neighbourhood now is inhabited by those living in million-dollar homes! Wychwood Park is an exclusive enclave of sixty homes tucked away in a private ravine setting atop the rolling wooded hills of the Davenport Ridge. It even has its own executive council to oversee the private roads and parkland. 

This exclusive privacy comes at a cost—a special park tax paid by each homeowner with the amount depending on their property size. Wychwood Park is enclosed by Dupont Street in the south, Bathurst in the east, St Clair west in the North and Oakwood Avenue in the west.

Schools: Vaughan Co-Op Nursery School, Winona Drive Senior Public School, McMurrich Junior Public School, Canada Music Academy, St. Bruno Catholic School and Hudson College are the educational institutes in the neighbourhood.
