Shopping: The Eglinton Way and Uptown Yonge offer comprehensive neighbourhood markets which include all the major banks, grocery stores, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, fashion boutiques, health and fitness outlets, law offices, and home improvement stores. The Rio-Can Building is an office and retail building that includes a grocery store, apparel and accessories shops, movie theatre, specialty stores, a food court, and fitness centre.

Recreation: Some of the public parks in the neighbourhood include Eglinton Park and Oriole Park.

Yonge & Eglinton is accessible by the Yonge-University Subway Line, the 32 series Eglinton Buses, 61 Avenue Road bus, 97 Yonge Bus.
